- Early Shifts: Monday to Thursday 05:45–14:30, Friday 05:45–14:45
- Late Shifts: Monday to Thursday 13:30–22:15, Friday 13:00–22:00

The Role
As Workshop Controller, you will take on a visible leadership position within the engineering team. This is a truly hands-on role, perfect for a strong communicator who enjoys motivating people and driving high standards on the workshop floor.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading, managing, and motivating a team of Workshop Technicians
- Allocating tasks and managing the workshop schedule to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Monitoring repair quality, controlling work in progress (WIP) and ensuring customer service standards remain high
- Carrying out daily checks and ensuring compliance with operational procedures
- Supporting Technicians with technical guidance and problem-solving as needed
Skills and Experience
- Extensive technical knowledge and practical experience with HGV or PSV engineering
- A track record in leading, managing, or supervising people within a workshop setting
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The drive to deliver workshop targets for productivity, efficiency, and service
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Supervisor, Shift Manager, or Senior Technician is ideal
